The applicant wife has filed present application for seeking transfer of Marriage Petition (PA) No.1821 of 2021 pending before Family Court, Bandra to Family Court in Thane. 2.

Marriage between the applicant and respondent took place on 28th January, 2020. Due to the matrimonial differences the respondent filed Marriage Petition No.1821 of 2021 before the Family Court, Bandra. The applicant has, therefore, filed present application seeking transfer of the said proceeding to Family Court in Thane.

The applicant has stated that it is convenient to her to travel to Thane where it would be inconvenient for her to travel to the Family Court at Thane as she is residing at Kopar Khairne Navi Mumbai. The approximate distance from Kopar Khairne to Thane is around 14 kilometers. The respondent is having family health

Taking into considerations for the reasons stated in the Miscellaneous Civil Application, the applicant has made out a case for transfer. Hence, following order.

Marriage Petition (PA) No.1821 of 2021 pending before Family Court, Bandra is transferred to the Family Court at Thane. 6.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
