The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Respondent filed their Affidavit-in-Reply dated 3.4.2018. He submits that in view of paragraph 4 and 5 of the said Affidavit-in-Reply, Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh in case of any difficulty. He submits that Respondent may be directed to decide that Application immediately thereafter. In view of these facts, following order is passed: a) Petitioner is permitted to file appropriate Application with the Respondent for allotment of remaining land within four weeks from today.
b) If appropriate Application is filed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, authority to decide the said Application as early as possible but in any case within 3 months from the date of the said Application.
