Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that though they made several prayers in the present petition, he received instructions from his client to seek a very limited relief to the extent that the Respondent State be directed to decide their Application dated 22.07.2016 (Exhibit-B page 18) as early as possible. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the petition, we are satisfied that the Petitioner has made out a case to direct the Respondent State to decide the Application dated dated 22.07.2016 (Exhibit-B page 18) as early as possible but in any case within eight weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.
