1. None appears for the petitioner. On 6 th July, 2017 although the petitioner and his Advocate were absent, the counsel for respondent no.1 is present and makes a statement that the original complaint has been withdrawn. Time was granted to enable the applicant to produce copy of the order disposing of the complaint. However, today none appears for the petitioner. In the circumstances, it shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Therefore I pass the following order:- (i) Writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. (ii) No orders as to costs.
