1] This is an application for transfer of Special Case No.712 of 2014 filed under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act and other related Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

2] The learned APP on instructions from the concerned Officer submitted that, as of today the prosecution has examined thirteen witnesses and the trial of the said case is progressing steadily. 3] In view thereof, there is no need to transfer the present case to any other Court.

4] Application is accordingly rejected.
