The said notice mentions about the statements of the applicant recorded under Section 108 of the Customs Act by the concerned authority. The record of investigation further indicates that, the investigation is practically completed. In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 6.9.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigation Officer is waived. 3.
