The petitioner/original informant is challenging orders passed by the Courts below rejecting application under section 173(8) of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The Courts below rejected the application holding that the documents at serial nos.5 to 15 are in relation to redevelopment and not concerned with the dispute involved.

The investigating officer is present in Court. He states that further investigation in relation to the document mentioned in paragraph 15 of the application shall be done and report would be submitted to the learned Magistrate.

In view of the said statement, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present writ petition.
