This is an application for relaxation of condition stipulated in order dated 9th August, 2018. It is prayed that for a temporary period, the applicant be permitted to furnish cash security.

Learned counsel for the applicant pointed out order passed in respect to the accused who has been permitted to furnish cash bail in sum of Rs.50,000/-, for a period of six months. Digitally signed by Rajeshri Prakash Aher Date:

It is further submitted that the applicant was directed to be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/-, with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount. It is prayed that the condition be modified by permitting the applicant to furnish one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount.

Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, relaxation of condition as prayed, is granted. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) The order dated 9th August, 2018, passed by this Court in Criminal Bail Application No.1198 of 2018, is modified and the applicant be released on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or more solvent local sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Criminal Application No.1009 of 2018 stands disposed of.
