The petition is filed seeking directions to transfer the investigation into the subject FIR bearing CR No.361 of 2014 registered with N. M. Joshi Marg Police Station.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP, on instructions of the officer concerned viz. PSI-Patkar attached to N.M.Joshi Marg Police Station, makes a statement that the investigation into the subject FIR is completed and charge-sheet is filed on 25th February, 2016 before the Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court at Dadar. The statement is accepted. 4.
