Heard learned counsel for the applicants. Perused the papers of investigation. On 19th September, 2016 the applicant no. 1 Taufiq Ahmed Ansari was directed to surrender before the Investigating Officer on or before 23rd September, 2016. The learned counsel submits that he had surrendered before the police and has been enlarged on bail.

Present applicants happen to be in-laws of the complainant. The applicant nos. 2 and 3 are the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant respectively. The applicant no.4

Yadav V.G. 2 57.aba.1579.16.odt. happens to be the married sister-in-law of the complainant. Taking into consideration the papers of investigation and the submissions advanced across the bar, interim relief granted in favour of the applicants vide order dated 19th September, 2016 deserves to be confirmed. Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest, the applicants be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with one or more local solvent sureties in the like amount.

(iii) The applicants shall report to the concerned Police Station as and when called by issuing notice under section 160 of Cr.P.C.

(iv) Application stands disposed of.
