The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 223 days and for restoration of the PIL which has been dismissed for non prosecution on the ground of non removal of office objections.

2 7.58.18 cai.doc Having regard to the fact that PIL has been dismissed for a technical reason, we deem it appropriate to grant one more opportunity to the petitioner to prosecute the PIL on merits. Civil Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, PIL is restored to file. Office objections if not already removed, the same be removed within 2 weeks from date. If office objections are not removed within 2 weeks from date, the PIL shall once again stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If office objections are removed within stipulated time, PIL be placed for admission after 4 weeks.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve copy of PIL on the office of Government Pleader, Writ Cell, High Court, Bombay. Civil Application to accordingly stand disposed of. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.] [R. M. SAVANT, J.]
