In view of the fact that, the police have submitted chargesheet before the trial Court, the Petitioners are having alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.). 2.

By reserving the said alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off. 3.

All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 4.

Mr.Kamble, learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that, the Petitioners will file an application for discharge within a period of one week from the date of uploading of present Order on the Official Website of High Court Bombay. In the event the Petitioners file an application for discharge within aforestated period, the trial Court is requested to decide the same as expeditiously as possible, as per the provisions of law.
