By this First Appeal, the Appellants are challenging the Judgment and Award dated 22nd June, 2016 passed by the Reference Court in Land Reference No. 43 of 2008 under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 r/w. Section 35 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1961 regarding apportionment of the compensation. 3.
Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Appellants and perusing the judgment and award, I am satisfied that the Appellants have made out a case for following order:

ORDER
(A) Admit.
(B) Printing dispensed with.
(C) The Appellants to prepare private paper book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which First Appeal shall stand dismissed without referring back to the Court. (D) The Registry is directed to call R & P immediately. (E) Learned Counsel Mr. Rupesh Zade waives service for Respondent Nos. 1A to 1I and Respondent Nos.2 and 3.
