Initially the writ petition came to be filed challenging the directions of the respondent authorities to transfer the students from the petitioner's schools to other schools.

During pendency of the writ petition, the respondent authorities have taken a decision to close down the schools run by the writ petitioner. This becomes an independent and separate cause of action and the same has to be challenged by the writ petitioner by filing necessary writ petition. Therefore, the relief sought in the present writ petition does not exist any more. Hence, we dismiss the writ petition as infructuous reserving liberty to the writ petitioner to ABS
