The only relief sought in this application is that the applicant be protected by way of interim relief till hearing of the application for anticipatory bail preferred by the applicant before the Sessions Court.

The application was listed before Sessions Court on 17th August, 2018 and the same was adjourned to 29th August, 2018 without passing any order. It is submitted that the applicant be granted interim relief as he intends to join his family for celebrating Eid festival. The applicant apprehends arrest as there is no interim protection.

Since there is no interim protection, the Sessions Court is
