Grievance of the petitioner is that within two years she has been transferred by the School Management to its different Schools twice and that even though representation was made by her to the Education Officer Pune Zilla Parishad complaining about these transfers, which the petitioner calls to be punitive in nature, nothing has been done so far in the matter. We are of the view that purpose of this petition shall stand served by issuing necessary directions to the Education Officer, Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune. Accordingly, we direct the Education Officer to decide representation made by the petitioner on 29th September, 2021, in accordance with law, at the earliest and in any case, within six weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner before respondent No.4 - Education Officer. 4.

The petitioner and respondents No.1 to 3 shall appear before respondent No.4 - Education Officer on 28th March, 2022. Both of them shall have liberty to file necessary documents including reply, counter reply.
