The grievance of the Petitioner is that though he has been held entitled for 1 hector 40 Ares land as per order dated 21 st March, 2015 Exhibit-A passed by Respondent No.3 and though the Petitioner has submitted appropriate application as per Exhibit-B till date the order dated 21 st March, 2015 Exhibit-A has not been complied with. 2.

Keeping in view the said grievance we dispose of this Petition by directing the Respondent No.3 to consider and

WP.11123/2016(62) take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's application Exhibit-B keeping in view the order Exhibit-A as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 3 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 3.
