The petitioner's grievance is that a false complaint has been filed. Petitioner had also made complaint addressed to police Commissioner dated 29th April, 2014, exhibit B. We have perused the complaint. 2.
The petition is pending since the year 2014. It is expected that investigation was to be completed by this time. However, learned APP has not been instructed to make any statement. 3.
Without prejudice to the rights of the parties, we direct the investigation officer to complete the investigation within four weeks from today and file appropriate report. In case report is adverse to the
