By this First Appeal, the appellant/Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 29/10/2014 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Thane in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.863 of 2008 holding that the respondents/original claimants are entitled for a sum of Rs.8,04,936/- by way of compensation with interest @ 7% p.a. H.R.Shinde

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and award, the following order is passed - (i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.

(iii) The appellant is directed to fle private paper-book with copy to other side within one year from today, failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
