On 29th March, 2019 this Court made the following order: "1] Despite several opportunities, even today, learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. On the previous occasion, costs were imposed and last chance was granted. 2] However, one more chance is granted and the matters are placed on 2nd April 2019 on supplementary board. If on this date, the learned counsel for the petitioner remains absent or does not proceed with the matters, this Court will be constrained to dismiss these matters for nonprosecution." 2.

Even today neither the Petitioner nor his counsel are present. Accordingly, these Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. (M. S. SONAK, J.) Vishal Parekar 1/1
