The learned counsel for the Petitioner, in view of the observations made by the Appellate Authority in unnumbered paragraph 2 of the impugned order dated 14/06/2016, seeks to file a fresh application before the Licensing Authority complying with the requirements mentioned in the second last line of the said paragraph. The learned counsel for the Petitioner therefore seeks liberty to withdraw the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. If any such application is filed by the petitioner before the Licensing Authority, the Licensing Authority to consider the same on its own merits and in terms of the rules and regulations which are applicable. Needless to state that the Licensing Authority to consider the said application uninfluenced by what has transpired in the previous round.
