DATED : 27TH FEBRUARY, 2015 P.C. :- Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned AGP for the respondents. Perused the additional affidavit of the applicant in support of the application more particularly paragraph 10 of the additional affidavit. Paragraph 10 explains the delay in filing this application for amendment. Considering the nature of amendment sought, the same deserves to be permitted. As far as prayer clause (b) is concerned, the same is for interim relief. Accordingly the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Civil application is disposed of.
