1] The Applicant was directed to report to the Investigating Officer, so as to demonstrate the expenditure of Rs.26,50,000/- towards development, as on earlier date he had satisfied the Investigating Officer about payment of Rs.53,50,000/- which was incurred towards settling the occupiers.

2] The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer API Sandeep Kahale state that, he is satisfied with the explanation offered by the Applicant whose case is that he has received amount of Rs.91 Lakh which was bifurcated under two distinct heads, as it was supported by the relevant material. The statement is made that custodial interrogation is not necessary.
