Ms. Shah is seeking time on the ground that Mr. Kayval Shah is in personal difficulty. At the same time, Ms. Shah is saying that appellant is yet to comply with the directions given AJN

2/2 11 CAF-4626.16.odt on 09/03/2021 and seeks one more week to comply with it. On 09/03/2021, at the request of appellant, time upto 16/03/2021 was given for filing additional affidavit in support. The same is yet to be filed. Therefore, we see no reason why we should grant any relief as prayed for in the civil application. 3.
