DATE : OCTOBER 10, 2017 P.C.:- Ms.Gauri Godse, learned counsel for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in this civil application states that Respondent Nos.1 and 2, without prejudice to their rights and contentions will deposit arrears of rent till date by November 30, 2017. Further Respondent Nos.1 and 2 will deposit in this Court reasonable compensation at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month effective from November 1, 2017 on or before 10th day of every preceding month.

In view of the aforesaid statement, there is no case made out to vacate interim relief. Civil Application is accordingly disposed of. 3.

Considering that the Criminal Revision Application pertains to the year 2008 and it is a case where eviction was applied for on the ground of reasonable and bona fide requirement, the Civil Revision Application be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing December 4, 2017. This is in terms of the observations of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hamid Kunju V/s. Naxim, Civil Appeal No.9151 decided on July 17, 2017. The amount which was deposited will be invested by the Registry in appropriate nationalised bank.
