By this Civil Application, Applicant is seeking condonation of 74 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 16/04/2015 passed by the Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Judge, 4th Labour Court, Thane in Application (WCA) No. 424/B-117/2011.
