The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the Investigating Officer has now filed the compilation of Chemical Analyzer's report. The said report was not before the Trial Court when his application was rejected by the impugned order dated 29.7.2015. In the circumstances, he seeks leave to withdraw the present applications with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court.

Leave and liberty as prayed for is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
