The State of Maharashtra has issued Tender bearing Reference No. Tenancy / T-4/ Setu / 2021 dated 27th May, 2021 for setting up "Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra (ASSK)"also known as "SETU Kendra" for facilitating services towards "Government to Citizen Services" (G2S Services). 2.
The grievance of the Petitioner is that the tender submitted by them is rejected after the technical bids were opened on 2nd August, 2021. 3.
The requirements for a bid to be qualified are set out inter alia in sub clause (i) B and C of Clause 3.18 of 'Final Tender Document 2021-22 Pen Taluka'. Thereafter, a Corrigendum (Exhibit-B to the Writ Petition) was issued whereby it was
PA-Nitin Jagtap 2 / 2 34-WP-7476-2021.doc clarified that Local Educated Unemployed Service Cooperative Society which is registered under the Maharashtra Cooperative Society Act, 1960 and which is in operation since last three financial years are also eligible to apply for the said tender. Admittedly, the Petitioner got itself registered only on 24th May, 2021. The bid submitted by the Petitioner is admittedly not in compliance with the required condition set out in the said Corrigendum. In view thereof, the technical bid of the Petitioner was rightly rejected on the ground that the Petitioner is not eligible. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. (SURENDRA P.
