The present criminal application seeks extension of bail on the medical ground and the request is based on medical report dated 8.3.2017. The learned counsel for the applicant submit that she is not aware about the present medical condition of the applicant. The application disclose that the applicant under went certain tests at J.J. Hospital, Mumbai on 13.12.2016 which showed enlarged cystic lesion. - Page-1/2

Nalawade 7-apl-934-17.doc A copy of the medical report dated 23.2.2017 is placed on record. The counsel for the applicant is not aware of the latest medical status of the applicant. Since the application is pending since the year 2017 same is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to move a fresh application if the medical contingency still persist.
