Pandey and Chintan M. Patel is present in Court. Affidavit of undertaking dated 26/10/2016 of Respondent No.5 is taken on record. Their undertaking is accepted.

Advocate Mr.Shetye for Respondent No.5 after taking instructions from both the partners who are present in the Court makes a statement that they are ready to execute individual agreement with Petitioners within six weeks from today.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that in view of the undertaking filed by the Respondent No.5, their interest is protected.

Considering this fact and undertaking filed by Respondent No.5, nothing survives in the present Petition.

Hence Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
