In view of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed, it is not possible for this Court to exercise jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code having regard to the nature of the allegations. Hence the above Writ Petition is dismissed. However, it would be open for the Petitioners to avail of the statutory remedy available in law. If any such application is filed, needless to state that the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
