Heard the parties as well as the learned Advocates appearing for them and the following order is passed by consent :
i.
Parties and / or their Advocates shall appear before the Principal Judge, District Court, Pune on 22 nd September, 2017 at 11.00 a.m. when the Principal Judge, District Court, Pune shall tag Guardianship Petition Civil M.A. No. 861 of 2014, Domestic Violence Application being Criminal M.A. No. 1850 of 2011 and Maintenance Application under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C. 1973 bearing Criminal M.A. No. 23 of 2015 ( Old No. E-219 of 2010) and assign the matters to one Court for hearing.
ii.
The Principal Judge, District Court, Pune shall ensure that Criminal
2 / 3 902-MCAST-24781-2017.sxw Appeal No. 14 of 2016 preferred from the order of maintenance, shall also be placed for hearing on the same days when the other three matters are placed before the learned Judge hearing the said three matters and the Appeal is disposed off within a period of four weeks from the date of this order. iii.
The learned Judge to whom the three matters set out in Clause (i) above, are assigned, shall ensure that no adjournment/s is / are granted (unless absolutely necessary) and all the three matters are disposed of within a period of three months from the date of this order.
iv.
The Applicant husband - Sajjad Jalaluddin Kazi shall be represented by his Advocate and he may personally not remain present on every date of hearing. However, he shall remain present when the learned Judge directs him to remain present. In the event of him wanting to attend the proceedings or the Court requiring his presence in the matter, he may apply for police protection 24 hours in advance, and shall be provided adequate protection by the Inspector in charge / Senior Inspector of the local police station.
v.
The learned Judge shall decide the ad-interim Application of the Respondent seeking ad-interim / interim access to the child, within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.

The above Order is passed by this Court pursuant to the power conferred under Section 4A(1) of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, without prejudice to any of the rights and contentions of the parties and all contentions of the parties are kept
