The petitioner is objecting to the amendment carried out in the Articles of Association of respondent No.3 company. The amendment is carried out in the year 2000 whereas the challenge is raised objecting to the amendment in the year 2013. The cause for raising delayed objection appears to be the elections which were scheduled to be held on 20.9.2013. The Division Bench of this Court refused to entertain the request for stalling the elections. The elections to the managing committee of respondent No.3 were held in 2013 itself and the period of the managing committee in all probability must be coming to an end. In the factual background
