In pursuance of Order dated 4th January 2023, the Superintendent, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba, Kolhapur, has recorded statement of Petitioner. In his statement Petitioner has stated that, he will be having 'No Objection' if any Advocate to represent him is provided at the cost of Government.

It appears that, the Petitioner is changing stances from time to time convenient to him. The practice adopted by the Petitioner is not appreciable.

We therefore dismiss the Petition in limine.
