No. 1104/2021 registered with Tulinj Police Station for Offences punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 52,53 and 54 of Monopolistic and Restrictive Trade Practice Act. 2] Mr. Kanjuraman, learned counsel for the applicant would urge that structure is standing since long and action is initiated at belated stage that too without any basis. 3] I have perused the complaint and other material on record. 4] It can be inferred at the face value that applicant has carried out illegal construction and sold structures therein to the occupiers and as such committed an offence of cheating. 5] There is a strong prima facie case of involvement of the applicant in an offence of cheating. As such, no case for bail is made out. Application stands rejected.
