Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the applicant seeks modification/relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court (Croam : Prakash D. Naik, J.) vide order dated 20th June, 2017, in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1040 of 2017 in sub-clause (ii) of para 4 of the said order. The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:

"(ii) The applicant is directed to report Vartaknagar Police Station twice a week on every Thursday and Saturday between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm till further orders."

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer, as directed by this Court, vide order dated 20th June, 2017. He submits that the said condition be relaxed. 4.

Learned A.P.P does not dispute that the applicant has reported as directed.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The said condition is modified/relaxed. The applicant shall now report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station, as and when called. 6.

Rest of the conditions in the order dated 20th June, 2017, to remain as it is.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 1040 of 2017 to be listed on 10th October, 2017.

8.

Interim protection granted earlier to continue till the next date. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
