After having heard the Petitioner in-person, we find that the Petitioner has not filed complaint before the appropriate Police Station. We are therefore not inclined to entertain writ petition. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to approach the concerned Police Station with his grievance and thereafter the police shall take appropriate decision thereon as expeditiously as possible.
