CORAM : RANJIT MORE AND V.L.ACHLIYA, JJ.

DATED : 22nd DECEMBER, 2015 P.C. :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2.

The petition is for seeking a direction to the respondents to register the crime on the basis of the petitioner's complaint. It appears that the police had registered N.C. Complaint as the offence disclosed in the petitioner's complaint is non cognizable. The remedy of the petitioner therefore, is to file private complaint. We are, therefore, not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petition is dismissed.
