P.C. :- 1] The learned counsel for the applicant in Civil Revision Application Nos. 619 and 620 of 2009 files an affidavit of Mr. Sapan Sengupta, the applicant in two Civil Revision Applications, stating that he has vacated the suit premises on 5 September 2015. The learned counsel, on basis of instructions from the applicant - Sapan Sengupta, makes a statement that the applicant does not desire to pursue the Civil Revision Applications and seeks leave to withdraw the same. The learned counsel, on basis of instructions from applicant- Sapan Sengupta, also makes a statement that no third party rights have been created by the applicant in respect of suit premises.

2] The learned counsel for the respondents states that the respondents have no objections to withdrawal of the Civil Revision Applications and that the respondents shall have no further claims of whatsoever nature against the applicant. The key of the suit premises is handed over to respondent No.4 Avinash Colin Misquitta, who has accepted the same.
