LPA297.11.sxw Judge who was pleased to condone the delay caused in filing Appeal under section 9 of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools Act 1977. We have perused the impugned order. From the order it does appear that the management i.e. Appellants herein had not opposed the application for condonation of delay. Since the management had not opposed the condonation of delay, it is not now open to the management to challenge the order passed by the learned Single Judge condoning delay. Hence, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs. Civil Applications do not survive and accordingly, they are disposed of.
