Heard. By this Civil Application the Applicant is seeking stay to the operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 24.07.2017 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court dismissing their S.C.Suit No.644/2014.

The learned counsel for the Applicant Plaintiff had filed the suit for restraining the Respondent - Defendant from selling, transferring and alienating the suit property i.e. Flat No.706, Building No.R-6f, RNA Plaza, Somani Gram, Ram Mandir Road, Goregaon (W), Mumbai.

32.4111.17-caf.odt It is to be noted that in the present proceedings the suit filed by the Plaintiff stood dismissed. Therefore there is no question of staying the dismissal of the suit. There is no other prayer in the Civil Application.

Hence, I do not find any substance in the Civil Application. Same stands rejected.

No order as to costs.
