The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after passing the order dated 23rd January, 2015 the Respondent No. 5 - University has taken a decision which is against the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the subsequent development the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the decision of the University by Vishal Parekar 1/2

7-caw-3264-2015 filing a fresh Petition. With the aforesaid liberty, the Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
