This is an Application filed by the original complainant seeking to intervene in Criminal Application No.768 of 2017. 2.

For the reasons stated in the present Application, the same is allowed. The Applicant in Criminal Application No.768 of 2017 is directed to add the Applicant i.e., Abhimanyu Ashokrao Jadhav, as party Respondent No.2 in the main Criminal Application No.768 of

5(i)_appp.813.2017.doc 2017. Necessary amendments be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. Amended copy of the Criminal Application No.768 of 2017 be placed on record after serving a copy of the same on the newly added respondent.
