This is an Application for condonation of delay of 108 days in fling the Appeal. The Applicant/Appellant has challenged the judgment and order dated 15th March, 2022, passed by the Special Judge, Satara in Special (Child) Case No.38 of 2019. Learned counsel RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date: 2022.12.03 16:17:05 +0530 for the Applicant/Appellant submits that the Applicant/Appellant is in poor fnancial condition. He took some time to arrange for funds. Thereafter, he collected relevant documents from the trial Court lawyer. He took some further time to appoint a lawyer in this Court to fle this Appeal, and, therefore there was a delay of 108 days in fling the Appeal.
