The prayer of the Petitioner is that he may be released on furlough. The learned APP states that the Petitioner has undergone sentence of imprisonment and he has been released from prison on 2.3.2016. The learned APP has produced a report of Superintendent of Nashik Road Central Prison to that effect. Said report is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Megha 1/2
