There is a typographical error in the second last line of paragraph 2 of the order dated 16th September 2015. The word petitioner shall be replaced by the word `respondent No.1'. Correction shall be carried out to the original order as well as order uploaded on server.

Today, an affidavit in reply is filed by Shri Subash Baba Ingale, the Deputy Commissioner (ZoneI), Navi Mumbmai Municipal Corporation. We have perused the affidavit. We accept the statements made in the affidavit. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states that even the petitioner is not disputing the correctness of the statements made in the affidavit. The learned

wp9087 senior counsel for the respondent No.1 states that the pandal erected by the respondent No.1 was removed immediately after the festival was over. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondent No.1, and the statements in the affidavit, writ petition is disposed of.
