This is an application to serve respondent no.2B by substituted service by way of publication in two local daily newspapers. The applicantpetitioner states that attempts have been made on several times to serve respondent no.2B through bailiff by pasting notice of this court on the door of the premises of respondent no.2B where he was lastly residing. Despite several attempts, notice could not be served on respondent no.2B on his last known address.

Considering the averments made in the application, it would be appropriate to grant prayer for substituted service. Accordingly, I pass the following order :- 1/2 11-IA-18765-2022.doc Dixit

(i) Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

(ii) Respondent no.2B be served by substituted service by way of publication of notice in two local daily newspapers; one in English, namely, "Free Press Journal" and the other in vernacular language, namely, "Nav Shakti".
