DATED : 15th MARCH 2023 P.C:- On expressing my disinclination to entertain the Appeal, the learned counsel Ms.Tripathi for the appellant, on instructions, make a statement that the appellant shall surrender before the Special Judge, Solapur on 23/3/2023. Since the interim relief is continued in favour of the appellant since 14/9/2022, when it was directed that the appellant shall not be arrested, I deem it appropriate to concede to the request made by the learned counsel on behalf of the appellant. 2/2 2 APEAL 902-22.doc Interim protection shall continue to remain in operation till the appellant surrender before the Special Court on 23/3/2023.

Upon surrender, it is open for the appellant to move an application for bail which may be considered expeditiously and it is also open for the Special Court to pass such appropriate orders as the Court may deem fit.
