By this first appeal the appellant/defendant Nos.3 and 4 are challenging the judgment and decree dated 29.07.2017 passed by the Judge City Civil Court No.11 in S.C. Suit No.6193 of 2002. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the impugned judgment and decree, following order is passed.

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.
