After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the order dated 23rd August, 2017 before by the Appellate Authority of the Respondents. He however made a limited prayer that the Appellate Authority be directed to consider and decide the Petitioner's Appeal as may be filed as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submit that the Petitioner's Appeal will be considered and decided as Vishal Parekar 1/2

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondents, we dispose of this Petition with liberty as aforesaid and direction to decide the Appeal as may be filed by the Petitioner within 90 days of its filing. 5.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
